Hello,everyone. I’m Xu Weipeng, a franchisee from Kunshan,Jiangsu. It’s happy to share my story with Youlian Investment and Management Corporation with you.
So far, I have opened 8 stores, 2 of which are underwear stores,6 of which are ilahui stores(one is preparing). I come from Fujian. I came out to do business when I was young. Now I have also managed other brands. Earlier,I managed bulk cargo ornaments and underwears,which was quite complex. I had to stock from Changshu wholesale market then sold in store.It was tired and hardworking from morning to night. Once, I came across an investment manager who invited me to investment conference for further understanding. Then in March,2012,I took part in investment conference in Nanjing and signed on spot. After I came back, I transformed my bulk cargo store into Dosifa and opened a second underwear store in August,2014.With the help of 5d service,the business is better and better. Joining the company for 5 years,the company is stronger and stronger. I am changing too.From a previous small underwear store to now a few stores,it is closely connected with the company’s group’s support.
Speaking of ilahui,it’s totally opportunity. My mother has a bulk cargo jewelry for 10 years. The turnover is about 80000 every month. The performance is stable.But I’m not often in the store,my mother is because I have my own other items. There is some trouble in stocking goods in jewelry store ,so we are considering a brand to regulate management and let my parents easy. In the late 2016, I heard Dosifa created a department store “ilahui”,which is organized by Dosifa’s original leaders. Then I put my work aside, went to headquarter for inspection by myself. Seeing products and decoration, I signed on spot. I believe the group of Dosifa.
From decoration,delivering goods to displaying goods,the company has professional supervisor to guide on spot. The first store grandly opened in March,2017.The opening performance reach 36845 yuan,which was beyond my expectation. On the opening day,many of my relatives came along,some of whom are managing jewelry business,some are doing wholesale.They have managed in this industry for a long time. They admired the products a lot,whose package was original,price was cheap. It had greater competitive adventure over peers. Later, I have more confidence and set about searching for store sites and ask investor and supervisor for area not being signed. For 4months, I opened 4 stores. Now,a store with 300 square meter is being decorated. I remembered my 3rd store,where the goods weren’t displayed until 6 o’clock pm.Just 4 hours until leaving work,we sold for over 8000 yuan. The opening performance reached 67000 yuan. Now the business in other store is also stable.
I can open 8 stores.I appreciate leaders and preferential policies in company that send counter. I also appreciate supervisors who do service for my stores and servicer officer arranging goods for me. Nowadays Ni manager was ever a member of supervisor group. When they planned activities and trained for us,you will never imagine that a leader is willing to do the hardest and tiredest thing.They controlled microphone at noon and never took a rest. Every activity moved us a lot from opening. When they went out for business,then kept us in their mind and sent good sites to us and accompanied me to inspect market. It’s the same with service officer. They will remind us immediately when there are best sellers and they are more worried than us if the goods expressage is delayed on weekends.These are the comany’s magic power. Each staff in company will serve clients as their family. Following such a company, I feel relieved and reliable.
I have always thought the platform in the company is pretty good. Why? Because the company not only directs opening but also offers direction in stores and staff. From staff offer to staff system to pay the shop manager,this platform not only makes me earn money but also changes my thinking mode . Throwing the luster of boss, I relieve myself sometimes. I will control microphone by myself for the activity.With company’s wage award ,my staff is arranging for activities by themselves. If the performance isn’t up to standard ,they are unwilling to close the store. With such excellent service group ,I needn’t to worry about store management and only need to find good sites and open more stores.
